چکیده

در این پایان نامه، درهمتنیدگی بین یک سیستم نقطه کوانتومی دوگانه(مولکول نقطه کوانتومی) و میدان مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته است. از آنتروپی ون نیومن به عنوان ابزاری برای بررسی درهمتنیدگی بین اتم و میدان استفاده شده و تاثیر پارامترهای مختلف، نظیر تونل زنی(که توسط تغییر ولتاژ ایجاد می شود)، شدت میدان و نسبت دو گسیل خودبخودی بر رفتار درجه درهمتنیدگی سیستم بررسی شده اشت.با تغییر هر یک از این پارامترها، درهمتنیدگی سیستم دستخوش تغییر می شود، به طوریکه با تغییر پارامتر تونل زنی توسط تغییر ولتاژ اعمالی، آنتروپی تغییر یافته سیستم نقطه کوانتومی و درنتیجه درهمتنیدگی دستخوش تغییر می شوند. کنترل خواص اپتیکی سیستم نظیر جذب، پاشندگی و سرعت گروه نیز توسط دامنه و فاز مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. با اعمال یک میدان دمشی و یک میدان کاوشگر به سیستم نقطه کوانتومی، ویژگی های جذب و پاشندگی سیستم وابسته به فاز خواهند بود، بنابراین خصوصیات اپتیکی سیستم را در حضور پارامتر تونل زنی توسط دامنه و فاز میدان های اعمالی می توان کنترل کرد.
